Authentic Spanish Food:
Whether they are at a family gathering or joining with their neighbors for a local fiesta, the rich bounty of their land is the centerpiece of any Spanish celebration. And why not? Their beautiful country is overflowing with a vast array of foods that are the fruit of their country's diverse ecology.
Jamón - Spanish Ham:
Jamon is the emblematic food of Spain, cured in remote mountain villages for thousands of years. Spain produces two famous types of Jamon. Firstly there is the famous Jamon Serrano, made from normal pigs, which is featured at every bar and restaurant in Spain. And then there is the legendary Jamon Iberico, made from black Iberico pigs native only to Spain. These have just arrived from Spain for the first time ever!
Seafood from Spain:
Seafood is key to the healthy Mediterranean diet and is central to the cuisine of Spain, which is virtually surrounded by Mediterranean and Atlantic waters. We invite you to explore the world of Spanish seafood, including: Bacalao, or salt cod, plump loins of cod semi-salted for easy preparation. Boquerones (white anchovies) are so mild and delicate that people eat them just as they are - a delightful snack. And Spanish tuna in many varieties: bonito del norte tuna packed in Spanish olive oil, the buttery bonito del norte fillets called ventresca, and the sun-dried tuna delicacy called mojama.

Paella:
As you stroll the streets of Valencia during Las Fallas, their dramatic springtime festival, what will linger in your memory most of all will be the mouth-watering aromas of steam and simmering paella wafting from huge, black pans over open fires within each neighborhood. Let us start you on your journey to the perfect paella!
Kitchen & Table:
During our travels across Spain we always find ourselves focusing on the meals we share together, and the importance that Spaniards give to sharing a meal with friends and family. We love discovering new cuisines and learning the history and traditions of these foods from our hosts. Part of this experience always involves the presentation -- enjoying sizzling garlic shrimp in a terra-cotta cazuela or seafood paella presented in a pan blackened by thousands of previous feasts. In this part of our shop we feature the pans, plates, serving platters and cutlery that have been an essential part of our experiences in Spain.
